Background: Designed by Ye, originally a product developed in 2020 in Wyoming and then more in 2021 for a Season 9/Yeezy Gap Collection, then YGEBB and SZN9, the SHDZ/SG-01 eventually became a part of Season X. Compared to older versions from YGEBB, the SG-01s cannot be folded up like the YGEBB versions without a risk of breaking, and have a slightly different shape. Co-Designed by Dora Szilagyi, Steven Smith, and others in 2022. The SD-01/SG-01 would see its release on Yeezy Supply's China Website for Shanghai ticketholders and then on yeezy.com Early Stock Images featured a silver lens instead of the Black and were originally named SD-01. Yeezy would release the SG-01 in person at a Mexico Pop Up on 02/07/2026 for $50.
